We're thrilled to welcome local artist Charlie Darling of Hellebore Press, who will present her handcrafted watercolor pigments made from locally sourced natural materials. Charlie is a watercolorist, printmaker, and tattoo artist whose work beautifully connects art and nature. Guests will have the opportunity to learn about the fascinating process of creating watercolor paints and explore some of her stunning handmade colors.
Featured guest artist, Le Feng, will lead us in Chinese brush painting. Le is a native of Jiaxing, China and has called San Francisco her home for 5 years. She is a graduate of the Academy of Art University of San Francisco.
We will also explore traditional watercolor techniques. No experience necessary.
